Ex Royal Navy Medic, local Oban girl, boxing coach and personal trainer.

After 8 years in the military I am coming back home to start my new career in the fitness industry.

I aim to take all of my knowledge of medical training and anatomy and physiology, boxing knowledge, military fitness experience and health and goal setting training and use it to help people reach their goals.

Be that to one day enter a boxing ring, train towards a lifetime goal e.g. Marathon, Iron Man or to lose weight or feel healthier.

Or to use training to reduce symptoms from previous injuries.
